Nemotron ASR is an independent transcription tool. This page explains what data the service touches and why. We collect as little as the product needs to run.

Audio you transcribe
When you upload or record audio, the file is sent to our server and forwarded to our inference provider (fal.ai) to produce the transcript. Audio is processed to deliver your transcription request; we do not build a library of your recordings or transcripts, and transcripts are returned to your browser rather than published anywhere.
Free-tier usage limits
To enforce the free limit of three transcriptions per day, we store a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address with a daily counter in Redis. The raw IP address is not written to that store, and the counter expires automatically.
Pro licenses
If you buy Pro, Creem issues you a license key. Your browser stores the key and its activation instance ID locally so you stay signed in. Our server stores the activation relationship and a monthly minutes counter in Redis. We never log complete license keys.
Payments
Checkout is operated by Creem (creem.io) as the payment processor. Your name, email, and payment card details are entered on Creem's checkout pages and handled under Creem's own privacy policy. Our servers never see or store your card details.
- Creem sends you the receipt and the license key email.
- Subscription management and cancellation run through the Creem customer portal.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view statistics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. To cancel a Pro subscription, use the Creem customer portal linked from your purchase email. To ask about data connected to your license or purchase, contact support with the email you used at checkout.
