- The key keeps its original allowance and works in up to 3 browsers.

Pricing questions
How much does Nemotron ASR cost?
The free plan costs nothing and needs no account: 3 transcriptions per day, up to 5 minutes of audio each. New Pro purchases are paused. Existing Pro license holders retain their 300-minute monthly allowance.
What does the existing $9/month plan work out to per minute?
For existing license holders, 300 included minutes for $9 is $0.03 per audio minute. New Pro purchases are paused.
Do free and Pro use different models?
No. Free and existing Pro access run the same NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 ASR model with the same accuracy, the same 40 languages and the same per-file limits. Existing Pro licenses retain their monthly minute allowance.
Can I activate a Pro license I already bought?
Yes. Paste the license key from your historical Creem receipt on the activation page or in the 'Pro access' box under the transcriber. The key works in up to 3 browsers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel the subscription in the Creem customer portal linked from your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your minutes stay active until the paid period ends.
What happens if I use all 300 minutes before the month ends?
Transcription pauses until your allowance resets on the first of the next month. If you regularly need more, email support@nemotronasr.com — higher-volume options are being planned based on demand.
