Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the Pro subscription at any time, no questions asked. Cancellation happens through Creem, the payment processor that bills your subscription.

How to cancel

Open the Creem customer portal and cancel the Nemotron ASR Pro subscription there.

  • Find the portal link in your Creem purchase or renewal email.
  • Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
  • Choose the Nemotron ASR Pro subscription and select cancel.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your license key and remaining monthly minutes keep working until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the license is no longer active and transcription falls back to the free plan.

Timing

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling mid-period does not trigger an automatic partial refund — see the Refund Policy for the cases we do refund.

If you cannot access the portal

If you cannot find your Creem email or the portal will not load, contact support with your checkout email address and we will help you cancel.
